Shipping Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Most KRN WIG orders are shipped directly from our warehouse or manufacturing facility. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Processing Time
Crochet Hair/Bulk Hair : 4-6 business days
Wigs,Custom Hair Products: 4–8 business days
Colored or Customized Hair: Additional processing time may be required
Shipping Time
After shipment, delivery generally takes:
USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe: 3–7 business days
Other countries: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local carriers, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. KRN WIG is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may require additional delivery time.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to your email. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, customs inspections, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, some products may be shipped separately based on stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
